Windows Central Question

My friend sent me a .pdf file via outlook and I downloaded it. I can open that document with adobe reader. But I cant find that certain document from my files app. Where will it be saved? Its windows 8.1 640XL I'm using and it has set to save the documents to SD card in storage sense. Where can I find my .pdf in files app? What is the default location where it is saved and how can I gain access to that file?

Windows Phone 8.1?? The PDF can only be found within the app, stored nowhere else. What you can do is open it through PDF Reader app by Microsoft, share it and it will be uploaded to your one drive. Then download from your one drive.

Sounds stupid but that was the only way that I found. Windows Phone 8.1 do not have save attachment function.

Get Windows 10 Mobile. It is PRETTY much complete, less some hiccups here there everywhere.
