You will not regret getting a Lumia 950XL I have had mine for just over a Month now. I went to Android and the LG G4 from my Lumia 925 as I wanted a change but I missed WP to much got the Lumia 950XL and never looked back. The camera is amazing I used it last night at a gig and the videos are perfect as well as the pictures. For me it feels like a HTC HD2/Titan which have been 2 of the best phones I have owned.

As for what WP devices Ive had its been HD7, Titan, Lumia 900 and Lumia 925 now the Lumia 950XL.

I started with Nokia 900, still have it and it works. Then the Nokia 520, it's one of my windows 10 insider phones, followed by BLU WIN HD LTE, which is my 8.1 phone, for now it's my main phone. I also have Lamina 950 XL, another Windows 10 insider phone. I do swap the SIM card around between phones.

OK I have had the:

HTC Windows Phone upgraded to v7.8 (Can't remember Model)
520 - Wife / Kid killed it
521 (T-Mobile version of the 520) 2 of them (Jumped in a pool with the first one ) Kid killed the other
525 - Power button fell off
535 - Wife using this one now
1320 - Loved the screen. too heavy. Sold it to get the Blu WinHD w510u
Blu WinHD w510u - Sold this so I could get the LTE version

And I am currently using a Blu WinHD LTE x150q (From Canada, travelled to Belgium & Amsterdam (Netherlands) with it. Worked great everywhere I went, including using it for NAV around Amsterdam) ... frustratingly waiting for my Win10 upgrade !!

I most likely would go for the lumia 950 though because I've heard the x3's camera isn't very good.
