While using pen + modifier keys small window won't go away

Hello, so I'm using the surface book with performance base. When I'm using the stylus and holding down any of the modifier keys a small window will pop up showing which key I'm holding down. This is only when I'm using the stylus. It's very inhibiting to my workflow and I can't figure out how to disable this feature. I've turned off sticky keys, so that's not it. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
