White and black bands when swiping up to unlock?

My wife says her Lumia 950 (unlocked, dual-SIM) about a month ago started showing graphic distortion of black and white blanks briefly on the screen when swiping up to unlock. It's running Anniversary Update and the latest firmware (but the issue started before those where released?)

Has anyone else experienced this with a 950? Should I try to get a warranty replacement, hard reset or just hope it goes away?
