Who uses "Quiet Hours"?

I had it available on my recently purchased Nokia Lumia 930, and liked it, a lot :excited: But must have got an auto update and now it insists on Cortana for usage. :unhappysweat: very annoying. :eck: I am not interested in Cortana (having read the privacy policy) but living in a Bush Fire Zone appreciate being able to turn quiet hours off and on as required.
