Windows Central Question

I started my computer this morning and now this will not stop popping up every few minutes. The error reads:
"There was a problem starting c:\progra~2\system~1\system~1.dll.
c:\progra~2\system~1\system~1.dll is not a valid Win32 application"

So now what? Not sure what this even is... Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

You can start tracking what files available on that path. But my wild guess is that you've installed something that tries to run in background and probably a virus.
