Windows mobile app store error code c000001d during installation or updation of apps

In my Windows mobile (Lumia 625), the app store fails to install or update applications giving following error message - There has been a problem completing your request. try again later. This error code may be helpful: c000001d.

How to fix this issue?

Could be Microsoft's services being down for you? Restart your phone and try again, if that doesn't work, try again another day.

When my broter bought his 520 d he tried to link his Hotmail account he got the same error, we called the store we bought the phone and he said services were down. The day after it worked so tomorrow it will work fine I think
