Why am I getting error messages when trying to take a screenshot?

Screenshot Issue!

whenever I try to take a screeshot, I get an error message stating "couldn't take screenshot......"
will anyone help me how can I sort out this issue?
Btw, I'm a Nokia Lumia 525 user from India ;)
