Why am I seeing red symbole on my pictures on 'People' Live?

'People' Live Tile Issue

On my Icon with the 'people' live tile there are a bunch of red symbol pictures in there. I've checked my email+account there are no issues (all seem to be connected) so I'm not sure what's causing this issue. I've done a power cycle and that hasn't resolved the issue.

That is Truecaller. Filter the contact list and don't let Truecaller display contacts and you'll do fine
