Why am I unable to call from my Lumia 640xl lte?

unable to call from lumia 640xl lte

my lumia 640 xl, lte, is showing strenght signals , but whenever i am calling, suddenly network stuck down and it shows call dropped.

Hi and welcome to WindowsCentral.

Have you contacted your carrier to get a new SIM? When I've had connectivity issues, getting a new SIM from my carrier solved those.
