Why am I unable to download apps through my NOKIA Lumia 520?

Not able to download apps through NOKIA Lumia 520

I tried to download some Free apps from Store, while downloading it linking to Microsoft account. I have logged in that but don't know how to proceed. I have added basic information , And I can see links -- No balance in ur account.... Plz help me to download Apps...

log in with your microsoft account and download the apps
