Why am I unable to install Windows 10 (10.0.10586.218) on my Lumia 830?

[Windows Central Question]

unable to install windows10 (10.0.10586.218) 0n my lumia 830

it must have been more than 10 times since I struggled to update my lumia and every now and then it gets to the black installation screen and afterwards when phone switches on the error message pops up saying unable to install due to error code: 0x801882c1. how can I fix it?
ps. I have 7gb free space on my phone memory.

what version are you currently on? Also, have you tried a soft reset (restart)?
