Why aren't hard drives being found during OS installation?

Hard drives not found during OS installation--

I can't find drives to access..Do i need to install Drive accessing Raid-ATA drivers for dell n5050,if I install hard disk drivers will my old data be able to access or they get wiped out? gf.jpg
