Why can't I access media content in my text?

Why can't I access media content in my text

Everytime I click on get Media Content, it says getting media content, then it goes straight back to get media content. Whey can't I get it to come up?

It would help if you posted your carrier, phone, etc. But this is usually caused by not having the correct MMS settings
