Why can't I open my apps in the Windows phone store?

can't open my apps in the windows phone store

whenever i press the my apps in the store it keeps loading and finally shows can't connect error. Tried different wifi networks and mobile data but still same thing. lumia 1520 on denim.

Not sure why that happens but you can also see them if you login on The Smartphone Reinvented Around You | Windows Phone (United States)
with your MS account.
Then go to "apps&games"
Then to "purchase history"
There you find the same list
