Why do I get a sad smiley on my Lumia 1320 after I tried to reset Windows 10 TP?

getting a sad smiley on lumia 1320 after tried to reset windows 10 TP

I have installed windows phone 10 TP on my Lumia 1320. After few days my phone was not working properly so i tried to reset it from settings-> About. but after two gears on display it was showing a sad smiley on the screen. Now whenever i am trying to switch on the phone its showing the sad smiley again and again.

Now windows phone recovery tool also not detecting my phone ...
please help me to solve this issue..

The 1320 is not on the resethard database, but this should be the same...i hope.

Finally able to install 8.1 through windows phone recovery tool....
