Why do I have to reinstall drivers every time a new build is pushed?

Windows Central Question

I'll try to be as quick as possible: Basically I have an AMD video card (HD 6570) and every time a new build comes out, after updating the screen doesn't get any input, and the only way to get around this is to plug the monitor into the integrated graphics and manually reinstall the video drivers.
Extra info: I have multi monitor enabled in the BIOS to get access to quick sync, I haven't tried disabling it before updating but I don't know how this affects my issue.
Could the problem be driver related?
