Why do I keep getting an error message when I try to launch the Lumia Cinemagraph?

Problems with Lumia Cinemagraph

I'm having a problem with the Lumia Cinemagraph app
When I go to launch the camera in the app I keep getting error msg.

"The system cannot find the file specified ( Exception from H res"

Then the msg runs out of room on the page.

Sub msg

"Stacktrace:
Windows.Devises.Sensor.Accelerometer.getDefault()
at Cinemagraph.ViewFinderPage..ctor()

Have Icon running Denim

Help I love this app.

Uninstall the app and reinstall.. see if that helps first

Reinstalled for a second time no luck.

Have you uninstalled the app, then completely powered your device off and on? Then reinstall.

It still does the same thing. Also I noticed my screen rotation is not working in some apps.

Wow. Have you ever used the Windows Phone Recovery Tool before? If not, it's very easy. Just search for it on Bing or whatever, download, and follow the instructions. Hopefully, reflashing the OS will solve your problems. Good luck.

Thanks I used the Lumia recovery tool and it fixed all the problems I was having. (Backed up all my stuff and it was all there when it finished)
I love this site because of all the great people that are willing help others.
