Why does my brand new SP4 (i5) freeze?

Windows Central Question

My brand new SP4 (i5) Freezes

My SP4 (i5) freezes and the on/off button does not operate. I have to let it drain out and then recharge to reboot from scratch.

Any idea/ suggestion please ?...
