Why does my device get frozen and restart whenever the keyboard is called?

Device get frozen and restarted whenever the keyboard is called

My Lumia 640 get frozen then restart by it self whenever I try to use keyboard for example in IE. I've tried to change some keyboard configuration but is still the same. This bug appeared after system update to 8.1.

Here is my system info:
Lumia 640 XL Dual SIM
Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2

Reset your phone. Sounds like a software bug if it's really happening.

AFAIK all 640's shipped with Update 2 already installed so there have never been any system updates...
