Why does my screen now say resuming everytime I open my phone after I delete Tetra Lockcreen app?

Why my screen now says resuming everytime i open my phone after i delete Tetra Lockcreen app.

After the new recent update for the preview developers, i was getting a problem with tetra saying something that there is a problem and the app will updated soon, so i deleted the app and now when i open my phone screen says resuming before go to the lockscreen. is this normal?.

Go to settings > kids corner, set it up and toggle it on, then turn it off afterwards. Should fix the resuming issue.
