Why doesn't my 1020 respond anymore?

1020 doesn't respond anymore...HELP!!!

I was working on my 1020 as a very normal watching images, taking pictures, and sharing them via Instagram BETA app, phone was connected to the WiFi and my celluar was fine. Battery was 35% and everything seems great. Then at a moment when I just was watching pictures, the p[hone shuts off and nothing brings it back, tried soft reset (vol. Down+power) and no luck, connecting to computer doesn't help too.
Anyone having this before?
Is my phone is dead completely?
please help me
PS. I updated the phone to the Denim version earlier in the past two weeks, and I had several times to reset my phone. Is it the software issue or hardware?
OR could it be possible that software wasn't matched with Hardware??????

Put the phone on a charger and leave it. If it can it will boot up automatically after charging a while.

I have had the same problem. It just died 2 minutes after I used it. Have tried everything. Nada.

is there any reaction when you leave your phone on the charger for a while?
does your phone vibrate after pressing vol- and power?

My phone has this problem too. I've spent the past day trying to charge it, have tried to soft reset and everything else, the phone doesn't do anything. It's completely dead. It never vibrates, there's never a single light that flashes, it might as well be a big piece of plastic metal and glass.
