Why I can't send a group SMS?

I am using a Nokia Lumia 730 Dual Sim with build 14393.321. I am sending a message to two people, keeps saying try again

Check your APN settings (Internet APN and MMS APN) to make sure that they match your carrier's settings.

Can you join Windows Central to provide more information, such as, who's your carrier and if you have SIMs in both trays?

I did not make any changes to my APN settings, I don't know how it happened. I do have sims in both trays. I'm using a local carrier from the Philippines

Actually, I have fixed it by turning of MMS group text, thanks anyway )
