Why is My Mobile Data Not Started After Update My Lumia 535 ?

After Updating Windows 10 Update, I Download Another Update.
Now I Have Issue With my Mobile Data Connection. While I Started my Mobile Data From the Shorcut of my Main Screen My Phone is hange and Cannot be Done,After That i Have to Open The battery and Then Restart Again..
Please Give me Solution About That..

remove the shortcut from the main screen as you don't need it. You can enable/disable data connection from action centre
