Phone freezing at lockscreen

Hi there, I own a Samsung ATIV SE that has the optional pre-developers update. My problem is after an average of 8 times I've put my phone to sleep and awoken it, it doesn't let me scroll or use any touch screen abilities making my phone useless and only letting me change volume. If I soft-reset it, it goes back to normal, but is there a permanent solution to this problem?

You should try a hard reset if u haven't already, it usually fixes the problems that come with PFD.
