Windows Central Question

Why is my 'System' folder taking up 18.3GB on Windows Phone

I have a phone with 30GB of storage but 18.3GB of it is being used by the System folder - which I cannot edit, purse or delete. Can anyone tell me how to reduce this folder to a normal size? Other posts online show it should be closer to 2GB.

Thanks, Thom

Make a backup.

Reset your phone, restore backup during the setup phase.

Enjoy.
