Why is my Windows phone hanging so much?

Oh my gosh I really can't believe that my windows 8.1 nokia L730 hanged for the second time when I make a call. It just hanged when I made a call and back button works. But endcall button not works. Also it restarted few times in last 2 weeks. Now I m typing coz my phone is just hanged over ten minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Whats gone wrong. I never used my phone to play any hard games nor bulk apps. Real disappointment over my phone. I hard reset once 3 weeks ago.
