Why is there no Onedrive touch app for desktop?

There is no touch app for OneDrive on the desktop/surface. Why? Ridiculous.
How the hell is someone supposed to manage his files without a touch app? Windows explorer is nightmare for touch.

I'd have to agree, a touch option would be nice. The solution i've found is to use the Large Icons in the explorer when doing touch.
