The Dreaded 80004005 on Sync
I have a Lumia 635 which I bought as an iPod replacement. It has a 128GB SD card.
On my Win 8 PC, I'm using the Windows Phone app for Desktop and syncing some iTunes playlists.
For a couple of my video playlists, I get "We couldn't copy <X> to the phone. Something happened that we didn't expect. But if you call support, you can tell them you saw this error code: 80004005".
Some searching shows that people say this is due sometimes to trailing spaces in filenames (not the case here) or DRM (not the case here). If I drag the videos to the phone in explorer, they work, so it's not the videos - it's something in the sync.
Phone reset/PC reboot didn't fix.
Any hope to fix this? Seems like this issue (based on my searches) has been around for a long time. I wish I could get more info like why it's giving the error other than the meaningless string of numbers.
Thanks!
