According with site http://www.microsoft.com/en/mobile/support/software-update/wp8-software-update/availability-in-europe/, it is DENIM!!

Can depend on the fact that I have preview for developer installed?

Just make sure you untick the checkbox in the Preview for Developers app. Then check again for updates. Seems to have worked for a lot of users.
