Why my phone stopped recording any calls?

Call history incomplete

Hello,

I have a Lumia 635. My call history seems to have stopped recording any incoming, outgoing or unanswered calls. As a result, I'm unable e.g. to save the number of the person who called me, redial, or check who called me while I was away. As you can imagine, this is extremely irritating and I would welcome some sort of a fix for this issue.
Until a couple of days ago, it seemed to work, now no new data is being saved.

Just a couple of things to check.

May want to check your phones remaining internal storage level.
The OS may be automatically dumping what it deems unnecessary in order to operate.
Also it could be a problem with the SIM.
