Why will my Security Processor not initiate troubleshooting after the Windows 10 1803 april update

I recently installed the April update and the Windows Defender Security Center prompted me to troubleshoot the security processor. When I attempt to do this, and the prompt comes up if I want to allow
Windows Defender to make changes and I click yes, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to get this to work?
