Hi -- if I'm understanding right, I have the same problem and it's driving me nuts. Specifically: when I am riding in the NYC subway or when I'm on an airplane, if I try to pull up my music to listen, I get a message saying sorry, can't connect to WiFi and therefore can't access music. This is ridiculous as I've paid for the music and it should be accessible on my phone. I have an HTC with Windows Phone 8.1. Thanks for any help from anyone.
