Wi-fi hotspots is nit working! Help please!can

can anyone help me to use wi-fi hotspot? I'm using lumia 822 with verizon logo carier but its already openline I'm using globe service here in philippines but the problem is I can't use wi-fi hotspot can anyone help me?

I know that is not possible. It only works with Verizon if you use it with other carrier that option can't be used
