Wi Fi locks out

This is an odd glitch that's started to happen more frequently. Sometimes, after a while, I suddenly lose my Wi Fi connection. If I go into the settings, it's set to on, but grayed out. I have no connection during this time and the only choice left is to restarted the phone. Why does this happen and how do I stop it?

I'm not, actually. Just the standard GDR2 from AT&T.

Maybe an app that allows background downloading, or other background task?

I hope, but it will take a while to isolate the problem. If someone else has the same issue, it makes it easier to find out what it could be.

Well, it happened again. This time, I think it could be a Bluetooth-related issue. It turned itself on even after I turned it off. Then, when I turn it off, it stays gray and the text "Accessory" appears below. My Wi Fi is borked on a daily basis.
