WIFI problem on my new 920

SIAP, I've searched for a thread on this, but can't find it if it exists.

I'm having trouble connecting to the wifi at work, which requires a user name and password. I was able to connect to it all day, every day with my old 900 running wp7.5 and never (IIRC) get dropped.

With the new 920, the first thing that happens after I enter credentials is the question:
"Continue Conncting?
If you expect to find xxxxxxxxx in this
location, go ahead and connect.
Otherwise, it may be a different network with the same name."

I hit "yes" and it says...

"COULDN'T SIGN IN
Reenter your user name and password for
xxxxxxxx"

you hit "done" after re-confirming the credentials and it says:

"Connection unsuccessful

Your phone couldn't reach the Wi-Fi
network xxxxxxxxx."

and you have to press "close." :eck:

Any info would be appreciated. I've reached out to our helpdesk but they'd barely heard of of WP.

I have the same problem at my office. I've read a post somewhere that it could be related to EAP-TLS not being supported. Another post says it may have to do with not having the right Certificates... I don't know, but i hope it will be solved soon. This is bothering... Let me know what happens. I'll keep you posted if i find out.

I have similar environment and have no problem connecting to corporate wireless network.
Is it working for your PC? Try to remove your wireless network from your PC and connect to it again. See, if you are missing something on a small phone's screen.

Thanks for the replies. My PC is hard wired to the network. The wireless is for mobile devices only (meetings, etc)

i cant connect to the wifi in my office.. i bought the lumia 920 just two weeks before.. it worked fine untill to day.. now its showing this message when i tried to connect.

Connection unsuccessful

This has been resolved!! There is now an option when connecting to a secure network to ignore the certificates. I turned that on an I'm in like Flynn!
