Will my Windows 7 receive Windows 10?

I am using W7 64x bit SP1, now everybody is getting the w10 free, here i am stuck with the Not Responding W10 app, yet in Control Panel I got notification 'View Window 10 conformation'. Any suggestion to solve this issue and receive W10? Just open the icon of w10, and it register automatically. What is that i should do?
