Win 10 update for OEM win 8.1 licence

Hi

Have a win 8.1 OEM key. But not installed in any system. How to get win 10 update for the same ? Is there any online option to register the key ? Can't install the os now in any lap as don't have the copy of win 8.1

I'm not sure I understand completely. How do you have an OEM license, but it is not installed on a PC? Did you buy the OEM key and lose the CD?

Microsoft allows you to download the ISO files for their operating systems, since the product key is the licensed part. So, if you need media to install the OS, you can get it from Microsoft ( Download Windows 8 ISO (x86 / x64) File Directly From Microsoft | Redmond Pie ).

The system in which os came with s formatted d win 7 installed so now have license . also no win 8 accepts the key provided so can't reinstall in same system again
