Lumia 950 XL. The size difference physically isn't that different but the screen size jump is great. The industrial design is also much better. Everything is just icing on the Windows Phone cake.

Definitely Lumia 950. It is smaller, and practical to use. XL has bigger screen and honestly, people look stupid while taking a phone call. Plus using continuum dock technology is absolutely fabulous. So simple technology of converting phone into full featured PC. Perfect for any production system, and especially for business. No need to carry laptop, disks or whatever. Only phone and continuum dock. Simply brilliant!

overall i will prefer lumia 950 because of its size but i really love the camera module placement on lumia 950xl and as both are WP10 device both are my favorite .
but my love lumia 950 with bit compact size .

I would go for the 950. The 950XL is too large. In fact, even the 950 is a bit too large, but I'd use it nonetheless. My perfect size would be 4.7 or 5 inches.
