Lumia 950XL definitely though the screen size difference is minuscule, the cameras are same, ram, internal memory but for once i would like to own the FLAGSHIP. I chose to buy 820 and then 830 while leaving 920 and 930, due to the price difference but this time i am certain to own the top one of the line. even if i don't win i'll definitely get a 950XL on my own. but keeping fingers crossed to win so i can use the money to buy me a surface pro another top one .

The Lumia 950 XL sports a state of the art cooling system for the octa core Snapdragon 810. Along with the huge screen which will help me also shoot better photos! Battery life is also a matter to me, because i live in a cave and i have a hard time finding a socket (ok that is humour hehe)or maybe not?

I would love the 950XL. I currently have the 640 and love the Windows 10 on this phone. I have most items synced to my Surface, having everything synced justed makes life easier.
