I'd go with the Lumia 950XL to have the larger screen similar to my current Lumia 1520 which comes in handy when reading pdf's and word documents for business applications.
And with the new 8 core processor it brings speed to loading apps and taking photos on the Windows Phone 10 device.

I have no pets, so I need a Lumia 950 to keep me company, assuming I could get used to Windows 10's personality quirks. Mind you, I'm used to getting bitten by Windows Phone

I would definitely choose the 950xl, I already have a 950 because I'm with AT&T and couldn't afford to buy the XL out of pocket....I so WANT the 950xl please!!!!

I would most likely choose the Lumia 950XL, a bit stronger processor and larger screen would be the choice criteria.
In reality, the Lumia 950 would work just fine for my needs. A smaller one unit is not always bad!

I'd love to win a Lumia 950....sadly my Samsung Ativ S is showing it's age and being unemployed this is really the only way that I'm going to be able to upgrade and stay in the Microsoft ecosystem. Merry Christmas.

Had my eye on the 950 XL since the first leaked renders showed up on WC. Unfortunately due to the weak Canadian dollar (and tuition) I can't afford to pick one up. I've never had a very large phone before, used to have an iPhone 4S and now I'm using a Lumia 925, but when I held the XL at the Microsoft Store I loved it. That screen would be fantastic for watching videos, browsing the web and reviewing my notes. The camera blew me away, it launched instantly and took amazing pictures. Not to mention how smoothly W10 ran on it, so much faster than the sluggishness I experienced with the same build on my 925. I'm also curious to try out the iris scanner, seems like an intriguing feature, and while I understand that many would prefer a fingerprint scanner, we have long winters in Canada, so not having to take gloves off to unlock my phone is a big plus! And it is a lot more secure than a PIN, because it's not like I'm at risk of being knocked unconscious so someone can get onto my phone, I'm more just worried about losing it or having it stolen. I'm also really interested in using Continuum. As much as I love OneDrive (although Microsoft's decisions regarding OD recently have me shaking my head) I've started to get tired of waiting for stuff to sync first to the cloud, and then to my other devices. So if I could have my reports and data all just saved to my phone, moving with me, that would be a lot more convenient in many cases. Plus I think Continuum would allow for a fantastic "smart" tv, being able to have a wireless display adapter plugged into the back and then put Netflix or Edge or something up when sitting on the couch. The future is here!

So basically this phone would be a big upgrade for me, and allow me to be productive like a boss wherever I go! :wink:
