I'm thinking about the 950XL, not because of the faster CPU or liquid cooling, but because of the bigger screen, allowing for more productivity - this phone is a productivity device and for some people can be worth its weight in... something

I would choose the L950 for one reason and one reason only: I want smartphones to keep being MOBILE phones. And everybody knows that MIT researchers have concluded that the universal measure unit of mobility is the size of my jeans' pockets. It's a fact. Having said this, I would certainly accept the XL as a gift, since I am a fan of "those are my principles, and if you don't like them... well, I have others" (Groucho Marx).

I would like a Lumia 950 XL because I had a 1520 before and loved it, but think this phone will be even better with its quad HD screen, slightly smaller and more comfortable size and improved camera.

I prefer Lumia 950xl. Perfect size screen for a mobile to become pc and very good performance I heard. With remote desktop universal app coming I should be able to work from home

I would definitely choose the XL, for the larger screen.

I'd go for a 950XL. Why ? Because I have an ICON now, and although 5" is a good size screen, a 5.7" is not as big as a 1520 but, a good chunk larger than the ICON.

And with the Unlocked version of the 950XL, I can try out carriers like TMOUS or AT&T to see if their coverage is as good(try Pre-paid) as Verizon where I work/Live before getting rid of Verizon for good.

Crossing fingers for this one, would really like a 950XL.....
