Definitely L950xl. I'm using 1320 now, so the large display is a good thing, longer battery life, digging the continuum and iris scanner and omg THAT CAMERA

I've wanted a larger phone for quite some time, even considered the 1520.3 for T-Mobile, but the screen sensitivity issues scared me away (even have the same issue from time to time on my 925). Love the platform so will be upgrading eventually, just hope it's for free through this contest.

I'd have to choose the 950, because I'm not a phablet kinda guy, the 950 screen is plenty big for me. I actually like the 950's design too, I know some people don't, but just slap a nice looking case on it and it's beautiful.
