Win JR LTE Updated to Win 10 - anyone else also?

Official OTA update is now available:

BLU releases Windows 10 Mobile for Win HD, Win HD LTE, and Win JR LTE X130E - MSPoweruser

Haven't updated my X130E yet since I only have access to limited mobile data but ran through the upgrade advisor app & it says it's ready to install Win 10.

Can somebody tell me how to revert to Win 8.1?i have upgraded two phones BLU win Jr LTE X130e to win 10 and I'm not happy at all. Messenger app doesn't work, bottom part of the screen sometimes doesn't work etc...
Too many bugs. I want win 8.1 again please help
