Windoes 10: Why is Groove Music and option for Messages? (texts)

Under (system) Settings -> Privacy -> Messaging -> "Let apps read read or send messages (text or MMS)"

If this is switched to on, what interaction would Groove Music EVER have with a text message?
Movies & TV is there too, which is equally as puzzling.

I would think maybe in the future, an update would provide the ability to share music files via MMS or Skype if it's not there already? It's just I would guess the underlying groundwork for that if they decide to provide that? idk just guess
