Joe said they will release it along with the video in 1-2 weeks. Tommorow is the last day of 2nd week which is 13th of February (1316) and the 16 maybe states time. I am not sure. But if Joe want to meet his schedule, it has to be tommorow.

16 can't be time. 16 is 4pm and Gabe tweeted yesterday that launches are in the morning PST.

I doubt they can physically do this before a working day starts. That hasn't happened with any other direct releases.
