Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update and Cortana

Hi!

I just installed AU on my Lumia 950 yesterday when it was released, expecting loads of cool new stuff. I'm unfortunately quite disappointed to say the least. One of the features mentioned by a lot of people would be Cortana being available for other markets beside the existing 7 (?). Not with any new languages, but still useful with the existing ones.

Unfortunately, I've yet to be able to find and/or active it on my phone. It wasn't there when I got my 950 and it still isn't there after yesterday's update. Are there any additional steps required besides e.g. change system locale to US English? I read a thread where it was mentioned that AU broke Cortana for desktop computers and it could be reactivated with a registry change. Any possibility of doing so on W10M?

After changing to your region press the search button to bring up Cortana, from the upper left corner button go to settings and choose a language for Cortana.
