I need help! Im updated my lumia 635 to Build 10166 slow ring configuration. After im accept to be on Fast Ring and i have an update to install to build 10512. Im press download update, and is now not downloading the Update. Now why?

Give it a bit longer. Some people have reported that a phone will sit at 0% for a long time then suddenly pop up to 95%.

Still stuck at 0%? That's definitely not normal.

Try a soft reset. Hold down the Volume Down button + the Power Button for about 15 seconds, or until the phone vibrates.
