Windows 10 Mobile MicrosoftMDG Update- Problem.. Help Asap

So... I got a new update ...named MicrosoftMDG update.. Which was released especially to bring back double tap to wake up feature.. My problem is that i cant download the update... Iys stuck on 2percent for a day now... Is it because you cant update using mobile data?! Do you need wifi to update?!

Do you need wifi to update?!

It is recommended to use WiFi in downloading updates, in your case as the update seems to be stuck do a soft reset ( Volume down + lock key) and try again poat results.

I did soft reset many times...
Is there something like microsoft doesn't allow to update through mobile data?!

yes there are restrictions, there are a few workarounds but could be a miss n hit. Take the wiser way and connect to a Wifi and update

Can u elaborate the workarounds ? Wifi is not available where im living!
