Windows 10 mobile UPDATE 10512 error( sad face :-( )

Hey, I have a problem with my lumia 635. After downloading the latest upgrade 10512, the phone began to install the update and it stopt near the and then the device show only a sad face. I tried to resert the phone but, nothing, the same story. Can anbody help me with that? Thank you.

what you might need to do is revert back to 8.1 and start over i know its a pain lol but it has to be done

how to recover the phone bcoz it is nt connecting to the pc and win recovery tool.

Connect it to the PC then click the "phone doesn't respond" button.
